The 12-oz. canvas is abrasion-resistant and tough enough to withstand encounters with barbwire and brambles. The interior insulation is lightweight and quick-drying, with plenty of heat-trapping loft. Stow pockets are layered over the lower side-entry hand pockets. The left chest pocket secures with a button and features a stitched slot for a pencil or penlight. Virtually indestructible metal-shank buttons secure the front closure and adjustable cuffs.
